I'm a senior developer from Norway with a passion for building elegant, efficient solutions. My journey in technology spans decades, from the early days of IRC to modern web development.

Current Role

I currently work as a Senior Developer at Husleie.no, Norway's leading rental property management platform. Since its launch in 2017, Husleie.no has revolutionized how landlords manage tenancies - from advertising and contracts to rent collection and move-outs.

Background

Before joining Husleie.no, I spent ten years at Opera Software, contributing to one of Norway's most successful technology exports. Opera, founded in 1994, pioneered many web browser innovations and grew from a small Norwegian startup to a global technology company with hundreds of millions of users worldwide.

Community Involvement

I've been part of Norway's vibrant tech community for many years, including serving as crew at The Gathering - one of the world's largest computer parties held annually in Hamar, Norway. With over 5,000 attendees gathering at Vikingskipet Olympic Arena each Easter, TG has been a hub for creative technology enthusiasts since 1992.
